1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilievi platform (including the website at jilievi.net, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games and services offered therein), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jilievi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jilievi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jilievi's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access jilievi's full range of services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jilievi account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to forfeiture.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilievi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jilievi may require you to submit identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, etc.) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• Account Suspension: jilievi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

You may close your jilievi account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited. Verified balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilievi are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Payment Methods: jilievi supports GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. No cryptocurrency transactions are accepted. Credit card gambling deposits are not supported in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform. jilievi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and availability.

• Fees: jilievi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which jilievi bears no responsibility.

jilievi reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilievi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilievi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilievi platform.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilievi staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
9. Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
10. Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jilievi account.

jilievi employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user.

8. Responsible Gaming
